01Which files can I send?
STL, OBJ and 3MF work with the instant estimate. If you have a STEP file or a project from Fusion or SolidWorks, send it through the request form and we will handle the export.
02I don't have a 3D file. Can you still print it?
Yes. If you saw it online, search for it on Printables, Thingiverse or MakerWorld and send us the model page link. If it only exists in your head, our CAD modelling service turns a sketch, photo or measurements into a printable file.
03How is the price worked out?
Mostly by weight: PLA+ is ₹8 per gram, and every gram after the first 300 g is ₹5. Prints under 2 hours have no time charge. Longer prints add a small hourly charge that depends on the print length, from ₹30 an hour. Finer layers take longer, so they can cost a little more. Delivery is added on top.
04Is the instant estimate my final price?
It is a close estimate worked out from your model's geometry. We check supports and orientation by hand, then confirm the exact price plus shipping to your location before anything gets printed.
05Which materials can I choose?
Every print can be done in PLA+. PETG, ABS, Carbon fibre and other special materials are available for orders above 400 g, because we buy a fresh spool for them.
06How big can you print?
Up to 220 × 220 × 250 mm in one piece. Bigger parts can be split into sections that fit together.
07Will my part fit exactly?
We print your file exactly as it is, without resizing. FDM printers are not perfectly accurate, so leave tolerances and offsets in your design for parts that must fit together. We print with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
08Which colours do you have?
Sky blue and Black are always in stock. Other colours depend on what we have at the time, especially for bigger prints. For orders above 500 g you can request a custom colour spool and we will arrange it.
09How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 5 days, including delivery in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Big prints or batches can take longer, and we tell you before you order.
10Do you deliver outside Mumbai?
We deliver in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai by Porter or Rapido. Other cities by DTDC or Speed Post, if we agree on it first. Delivery is charged at the partner's actual fare and is never free. We don't have a shop, so there is no pickup.
11How do I pay?
By UPI. Orders under ₹1,000 are paid in full before printing. Bigger orders pay half before printing and half after, once we send you photos of the finished print.
12Is my file safe if I use the estimator?
The estimator runs inside your browser, so your model is not uploaded anywhere while you check the price. We only receive a file when you choose to send it with an order.
