Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling

• Before printing starts: cancel and get a full refund of what you paid.
• After printing starts: the order can’t be cancelled and there is no refund.

If a print fails

• If a print fails or breaks on our side, before dispatch, we reprint it at no cost.
• After dispatch, see our Delivery Policy. No claims are accepted once an order has been sent.

Not covered

• Size and fit. We print your file exactly as it is, without resizing. If parts don’t fit, that comes from the file.
• Printer accuracy. FDM printers are not perfectly accurate. Small size differences, visible layer lines and support marks are normal.
• Change of mind. Made-to-order items can’t be returned.
