Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

• Mumbai and Navi Mumbai: delivered to your door by Porter or Rapido.
• Other cities: by DTDC or Speed Post, only if we agree on it before you order.
• No pickup. We don’t have a shop, so every order is delivered.

Delivery charges

• Charged at the actual fare quoted by the delivery partner at the time of dispatch.
• Delivery is never free and is not included in the estimate or shop prices.

How long it takes

• Usually 3 to 5 days, including delivery, in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
• Big prints, batches and other cities can take longer. We tell you before you order.

After dispatch

• Once your order is handed to the delivery partner, it is no longer our responsibility.
• We don’t accept claims for delays, loss or damage after dispatch.
• Please give a correct address and a phone number that someone will answer.
